Rachael Williot

Rachael was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 11th, 1991. She grew up as an only child and was raised by her grandparents, Ted and Patty. She lived with them inside the state licensed personal care home in which they owned and cared for eight special needs adults.

She graduated high school in 2009 and went on to become a licensed practical nurse. After several years of nursing-related work, Rachael decided to go back to school to get her personal care home administrator’s license.

In 2018, after her grandparents retired and moved from the personal care home facility, Rachael decided to purchase the business.

Today, she continues to own and operate the same care home that she grew up in, caring for disabled adult residents. She is a single mother to her young son, Gianni, and the two reside in Western, Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Rachael enjoys synchronized swimming, reading novels, and writing children's books.
