Louise Lynott

Louise Lynott is a wife, mother, Yoga teacher and founder of children's Yoga company, Sproga Ltd.

As a children's Yoga teacher, Louise felt inspired to write her own Yoga-specific stories, and hopes that they will help more and more children to enjoy the magic of Yoga.

Apart from writing, Yoga and family, Louise loves animals, anything to do with nature, reading, cooking, comedy and music. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband, two little girls and two little dogs.
