Hi! I’m Kimberly Dottery — an IT Security Analyst and a passionate advocate for representation in tech. As an IT professional, I know how life changing a career in tech can be but also know how important it is for kids to see themselves reflected in the world of STEM. I believe exposure and representation can open doors to endless possibilities, and I’m on a mission to spark that inspiration.

That’s why I created TechTalesforKids — a platform dedicated to introducing children to the exciting world of technology through stories, activities, and education. My debut book, Billy Builds the Future: A Journey into Tech, is just the beginning of this movement. Through Billy’s adventures, I hope to show kids that they are the future — and the future is tech.
