Fr. Dr. Paul Peter Rom Abim, is a Roman Catholic Priest born on the 29th June 1977 in Northern Uganda. A lecturer of philosophy since 2010; lecturing the philosophy of Nature, Science, Social and Political Philosophy, history of modern philosophy and philosophical ethics. He is the author of, The Spill of Blood and the Lamentations of Lamalo; Caught in the Middle of the LRA War in Northern Uganda. Fr. Dr. Paul has PhD in Philosophy from Pontifical University Urbaniana, Masters in Theological and Pastoral studies of Makerere University, with the thesis, An investigation into the role of spiritual guidance and counselling in the care (healing) of HIV/AIDS clients on ARV in Kitgum Vicariate. License of Philosophy from Urbaniana University Rome, with the thesis, The Relationship between Science and Religion according to Michael Heller; Masters of Diploma in Bioethics from Regina Apostolorum, Rome. He believes that there can be a fruitful dialogue between science and faith if both stick to their camps of competence without seeking to undermined each other. If you know, you know.
