Adrian White

Adrian White has studied, practiced, and deeply researched herbalism approaches for over a decade, completing two herbalism study programs and apprenticeships back in 2012. Since then her writing work and bylines (predominantly informed by research, peppered in with folk knowledge) can be found all over the web, including for health + wellness authority sites like Healthline and Psych Central. She has also written for, worked with, and consulted for many supplement companies and clients such as WebMD, 1800Flowers, and more on natural health, nutrition, and wellness topics.

Besides writing, Adrian runs small regenerative operation Jupiter Ridge Farm in the Driftless Area of Iowa, where she also grows diverse vegetables, fruits, and herbs for her local community. Her writing work on agriculture and sustainability is also notable: with bylines appearing in The Guardian, Modern Farmer, Civil Eats, Rodale's Organic Life, Good Housekeeping, Successful Farming, and others; along with writing for sustainability / agriculture clients such as Steward, Sunkist / Fruit Growers Supply, Earth Conscious Life, Regrow, Flurosat, Trimble, Ag Access, and many others.
