Laurence Barrett

Laurence Barrett has coached senior leaders and led change programmes for international organisations for over 30 years. He trained as a coach and a supervisor at the Tavistock Institute and holds an MSc in the Psychodynamics of Human Development from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Lancaster. He also works as a Practicum Supervisor on the INSEAD Executive Master in Change, a psychodynamic degree programme exploring the underlying psychology of organisations.
