I have always loved creative writing and am an active member of the Balsall Common Writers group. I obtained a Diploma in Writing Prose and Fiction from the Regent Academy, London. I have published both fiction :- The Imperfect Doctor; The Jewel on the Beach and non-fiction books :- Nursing Care - An Essential Guide for Nurses and Healthcare Workers; Student Nurse Nutrition and Hydration Survival Guide, all available on Amazon.

Having worked as a nurse and a lecturer in the health service, higher education and the private sector, many of my writing ideas have developed from my varied nursing career.

My fiction books tend to focus on family relationships, involving romantic love and have a historical perspective.

I am married with one daughter and one grand daughter and reside in the leafy Warwickshire countryside.
