Debra Clewer

Debra Williams (Debra Clewer, author) resides in far North-West Tasmania, Australia.

Debra has three independently published Middle-Grade time-slip fiction novels, along with several children’s stories in anthologies and short adult stories published online on the Reedsy site.

In 2022, Debra released her junior fiction book, Ah-Fur, Super Sleuth: The Case of the Missing Moggies. In 2025, Debra re-released her first middle-grade novel as Harriet and Will: The Secret Rings. In 2026, Harriet and Will: The Secret Gold was released.

Debra is a team member of children’s book reviewers for the online Buzz Words Magazine, is an active member of two online critique groups, and has completed courses through the Australian Writers’ Centre.

Debra’s relief from becoming too serious is creating custom-made puppets, particularly for other authors.
