William F Mudiwa

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, William finds his writing inspiration in African folklore. He loves that it fosters trust, honesty, gratitude and a positive attitude – traits he wants to develop in his own grandchildren. Jongwe the Rooster: I make the sun rise is his first book.

William has a BA degree in English and an MBA. His professional career has been in in human resources management, in the private sector, in a national civil service and at the international level at the United Nations Secretariat in New York. He now gets to enjoy retirement and to focus on his creative story writing and participating in community activities as a member of the Rotary Club and the Lions Club.

He and is wife Grace live in Camden, Delaware close to family and friends. On a day off, you will find him out fishing or coaching his grand kids’ soccer teams.
