Eleni Theodorou

Eleni Theodorou is a K-5 bullying prevention speaker, children’s author, and wholesome Social Emotional Literacy educator with a focus on mental health and wellness, and healthy school climates and culture. She holds a bachelor’s and honor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, and MS in sports psychology from Capella University in the United States.

Born and raised in South Africa, she currently lives in the United States where she teaches students – online and in person – the Art of Compassion through her multi-sensory, culturally-rich and peer-reviewed bullying prevention assemblies called NOKO BUSTS BULLYING! with lasting results.

Eleni has also recently launched her NOKO THE KNIGHT® series and educational materials in South Africa! Afterall, NOKO THE KNIGHT® was born in South Africa, raised in the U.S. and has now returned home to positively impact children of South Africa, their families, and communities at large.

NOKO THE KNIGHT® is also proud to be partnered with the National Children’s Theatre in South Africa, bringing meaningful lessons to life for children through Theater In Education (TIE).

Eleni is a dedicated volunteer to special needs children, senior citizens, and is an active supporter of non-profit organizations dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals. Eleni welcomes, and is involved in, various community-focused endeavors.
