Ed and Loretta Williamson

Following the 1970 Revival at Asbury University in Wilmore, Ky., he served with Rev. David Wilkerson at Teen Challenge in New York City.

Dr. Edward W. Williamson served in the United Methodist Church clergy from 1974 to 1984 when he transferred to the Evangelical Methodist Church. He founded the Covenant Church in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Dr. Williamson served with the General Conference Board of Evangelism and Church Extension until serving in the office of Bishop (General Superintendent) from 1998 to 2018. Presently he serves as Vice President at Large with One Mission Society and Internatiional Bishop Emertius.
