Victor E. Abraham, Jr. , born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. Studied most of his elementary and high school at Colegio del Espíritu Santo in Hato Rey, where he learned and polished his English with the nuns of the Holy Family of Nazareth. He married his neighborhood sweetheart, Carmen Noriega and fathered seven children, six boys and a girl, at last! He attended the University of Puerto Rico and graduated with a BS Degree in Biology and Chemistry in 1959. Served as a regular commissioned officer in the USAF for close to 7 years in active duty and served another 17 years in the Puerto Rico Air National Guard, retiring as a Lt. Colonel in 1983. While in active duty he resided in Japan for four years and taught AFROTC at the U. of Puerto Rico. In civilian life, he worked with Union Carbide Corp. as a Linde Product Manager and at Xerox Corp. as a Branch Service Manager. For the last 16 years prior to his retirement, he was president of a manufacturing concern, DRG Medical Packaging Caribe, Inc.. He has traveled extensively through Japan, Korea, Chejudo, Mexico, the U.S., France, Spain, England, Ireland, Central and South America, Jamaica and Cuba. He enjoys writing, flying single engine aircraft, flying RC model airplanes, Ham Radio and Digital Photography. He is presently retired in Wilmington, North Carolina, where five of his seven children reside. SITNALTA is his first accomplishment in novel writing.
