Chad J. LeBlanc is an author, amateur genealogist, and IT professional living in Gonzales, Louisiana. He has published three books; The Isleños of Pierre Part, a book about the Spanish descendants in his hometown, Back In The Day, a book about hometown places from the past, and The Roots of the Bayou, a historical fiction novel about his ancestors who lived along the bayou in South Louisiana. His work illustrates his passion for the history and culture of his hometown of Pierre Part, Louisiana.
