Bob is a composer, actor, singer, director, playwright, essayist, poet, and author. As a playwright, Bob’s creations include, in collaboration with Mark Sparks, YA GOT TROUBLE! An Affair with Robert Preston (book), which has been produced by the Village Theatre, Bellevue Civic Theatre, and TAG; and MY FOURTH DIVORCE (book, music, lyrics), an eight-person musical comedy which debuted in May 2003 at Burien Live Theatre. On his own, he has written a musical version of ROBIN HOOD; the musical murder mystery ASHES TO ASHES; the musical LET ME BE FRANK: The Frank Sinatra Story; the musical FAMILY MATTERS; four holiday reviews; several one-acts and short plays; EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, a collection of short science plays; and SOME DISTANT DAY and THE FIRE IN THE DEMON, full-length dramas. Bob also performs his original music in house concerts from coast to coast and with his band Schrödinger's Cats. He is a proud member of The Dramatists Guild of America, Actors’ Equity, and SAG-AFTRA.
