Judith Millecker

Judith is a German philosopher, author, indie-publisher, storyteller, educator, project manager, and lover of all things quirky. - And with German precision she adds that she's actually Bavarian; but that's not important for anyone except for quirky Bavarians.

She started to write children's books, inspired by her two nephews and her two cats.

Judith felt there's often something missing when reading stories to children. A great story for children sparks their imagination and creativity and inspires them to reflect, ask questions, and gain a new perspective. But many adults tend to close the book after "The End" and move on to the next thing rather than talking about what has happened and why. Have we adults lost our sense of wonder? That's why Judith wants to inspire adults and children to wonder about the things around us, have a meaningful conversation with each other, learn from each other, and have great fun.

Her credo is: “Let the ending of a story be the beginning of a wonderful conversation!”
