Martin Fleming is a Fellow at UK-based The Productivity Institute and Chief Revenue Scientist at Toronto-based Varicent. He is IBM’s former Chief Economist and Chief Analytical Officer. He is also a Fellow of the National Association for Business Economics, a member of the Conference of Business Economists, a researcher at the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis and the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab, and a participant in the Brookings Productivity Measurement Initiative.
