Cary A Shillcutt

Colonel (r) Cary Shillcutt, a retiree from the Arkansas Army National Guard, is a communications professional who has a passion for leadership and executive coaching. With 34 years in the Army, and Masters’ Degrees in Organizational Communication and Strategic Studies, he is an experienced leader and skilled communicator.

Cary is a credentialed Life Coach, receiving his training with the Co-Active Training Institute and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaches Federation. He is the owner of Focus 4 Fulfillment - www.focus4fulfillment.com - a Coaching and Consulting small business.

Cary is married to Angela (Gist) Shillcutt, is the proud father of three boys, Tyler, Jarrod, and Hayden, and has one perfect granddaughter, Sawyer.
