Ava Montgomery is a proud mom to her teenage son and a certified

life coach. For the past 15 years, she has mentored adolescents and

adults in leadership, self-confidence, and performance through her

thriving life coaching practice.

She has a passion and gift for helping people harness their strengths,

discover their passions, and succeed with purpose-driven force

to accomplish anything they set their minds to.

Ava lives in Southern California with her 16 year old son Connor and dog Sophie.
