T.E. Talbott, an anti-NMDAR encephalitis survivor, was born in sunny San Diego, California, but a not-so-sunny life inspired a deep passion and early connection to writing.

Words are not just a medium of expression but a source of power. With her writing, she aspires to heal herself and help others find solace in the truth that they are never as alone as they feel. Despite her disabilities and mental health struggles, she finds tranquility through loved ones, animals, literature, and rainy days.

She commonly writes under the pseudonym melancholy galaxies and is best known for her poetry, but is hoping to make a name for herself in multiple genres.
