Paul Clargaux

Paul Clargo is the Founder of Meta-Q, an author, entrepreneur, lawyer, and independent researcher whose work explores how entrepreneurial thinking, systems design, and organisational strategy shape both modern business and ancient civilisation.

Working as a General Manager his early work focused on empowerment, entrepreneurship, organisational development, and business education, including academic research examining the role of entrepreneurs in large-scale human achievement. Over time, that question evolved into over twenty-years of interdisciplinary investigation into entrepreneurship and then became a multi-disciplinary case study analysis from entrepreneurship through history and Human Capability and more recently applying Meta-Q to unsolved murder cases.

His flagship series, written under Paul Clargaux, views Ancient Egyptian Civilisation through an entrepreneur lens, reframes the pyramids not simply as monuments, but as one of history’s largest and most sophisticated entrepreneurial projects — combining economic strategy, manufacturing systems, logistics, materials science, and organisational coordination with a paradigm that's as real as the stones themselves.

This began with a simple question: what if the Egyptian pyramids were examined not as religious monuments, but as a business problem? The answer became a multi-volume investigation spanning entrepreneurial theory, manufacturing science, forensic evidence standards, and economic modelling. Paul considers the pyramids, one of history's most studied structures as history's first high-growth startup — and in doing so, teaches modern entrepreneurs, business leaders, and students how to think about scale, constraint, and execution.

Paul's broader writing career spans over two decades and more than forty titles. His Entrepreneurs series is used in business education and covers the full spectrum of entrepreneur thinking — from opportunity recognition and strategic analysis to networking, creativity, organisational growth and the human capability of civilisations. His approach is consistent across every subject he writes about: take a real problem, apply a structured framework, follow the evidence wherever it leads.

Across more than twenty books spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, education, health, and historical analysis, his central theme remains consistent: complex problems become solvable when examined through structured analytical frameworks and evidence-led reasoning. With 3 Volumes of Meta-Q Cold Case Files now available this appears to be the new growth series with very interesting developments already.

Paul's central belief — that entrepreneurial thinking is innate, both natural and a learnable, transferable skill applicable to any domain — is the thread connecting everything from ancient Egypt to modern diet science to business planning, military strategy and law.

Today, Paul's body of work is increasingly understood as parts of a single intellectual journey — connecting entrepreneurship theory, systems thinking, empowerment and ancient innovation into one continuous research arc.
