"DELROY SMART is a United States army - heavy vehicles transportation - veteran with experiences instructing reserve troops on how to drive all-terrain vehicles on and off roads in the U.S.A, Europe, and Japan. He has accumulated more than twenty years serving the people of New York State as a certified driving instructor for private and Driver Education courses with a focus on fear and anxieties.

There is more to this man than his love for people. He is a genuine teacher who can speak three languages. Students and parents frequently compliment him on his knowledge of psychology, and a keen ability to understand people on the most basic level.
