Dharshana Bajaj

Chennai-based contemporary visual artist Dharshana Bajaj creates landscapes and conceptual artworks based on the idea of Living in Harmony with Nature, a concept that is the premise of her book for children titled Gaia's Own: Every Child's Guide To Living In Harmony With Nature. Born in 1973, she first exhibited her art in 1996, when she completed her MA History of Fine Arts, from Stella Maris College, Chennai. The artist has since held several solo and group shows, mostly in Chennai but recently also overseas.
