Robert Steven Kramarz

Robert Steven Kramarz (Rob) is a serial entrepreneur in the computer industry with a background in organization development. As an angel investor and now a venture capitalist, he believes that the people behind an innovative organization (founders) are more predictive of its success than its products, hence he bets on the jockey, not the horse. He invented "Story Pitching," "Revenue Participation," and the distinction between a "Vision Master" and "Execution Master." He believes that "When it comes to raising capital if you do what most people do, you'll get the same results as most people, which is zip, zilch, zero." In addition to supporting innovation, he is active in seeking peace in the Middle East by addressing medical issues cross-border, a process he calls "Medical Diplomacy." He is also active in supporting scientific research, believing that scientific discovery is the ideal shared purpose for all intelligent life.
