I live on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, where the coast and native bush feed my imagination. A graduate from the South Australian School of Art, I was a secondary school teacher between 1999 and 2015. I primarily write science fiction, focusing on speculative futures and alternate histories that place ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances.

My books are self-published through Amazon KDP and include a poetry collection, Australian Gothic (1990-1992, revised 2018-2019); the novel Boss Work (2020-2022); the novella Replicant Dawn (2022); a local-interest novel, Mystery at Hanging Rock (2023-2024); and the novel Haunebu Horizon (2025-2026).

Replicant Dawn and Haunebu Horizon both use alternate-history frameworks: I map out branching timelines, alter specific historical events, and then trace the social and ethical consequences. Those novels mix detailed world‑building with moral dilemmas and characters forced to navigate unfamiliar political and technological landscapes. My goal is to balance classic science‑fiction ideas with emotionally grounded stories that keep readers invested while asking “what if?” about our past and future.
