Juggling life as an educator, dad, researcher, author, and comic illustrator for the upcoming "Unburied" project keeps me pleasantly sleep-deprived and perpetually caffeinated.

I've published six books so far—the psychological thriller Philodendron Archives series ("Fractured Soul", "The Iniquitous Son", "Withered Lipstick"), satirical fiction, romantic comedy, and even squeezed in some science textbooks for Vibal Publishing when my students needed better answers than "because I said so."

Back in the early internet days, I blogged about travel and food adventures, describing everything from street vendor surprises to fancy restaurant disasters with the same attention to detail I use when crafting fictional murders. These days, that same curiosity fuels my classroom teaching—where I try to make physics as exciting as a thriller's plot twist—and my writing, where ordinary moments hide extraordinary darkness.

Whether I'm grading papers, sketching comic panels, or plotting my next novel, I'm always searching for stories that make you think twice about the shadows.
