Dr Shelby Decker

Dr Shelby Decker Is known for Turning Ideas into Profits specializing in business strategy, program development, and marketing. As a business expert, she creates strategic programs. She puzzles together operations, communications, team building and marketing. Dr Shelby Decker uniquely creates initiatives meeting today’s challenges for market gain. As a volunteer of a United Way of Broward County, Mission United, she serves in a leadership role on the advisory council and addresses Veterans issues. Previous experience includes working with global corporations along with local and national non-profits. Dr Shelby Decker attended Capella University for her Doctorate in Business Administration in the area of strategy and innovation. Her dissertation was on Diversity and Return on Investment (ROI). It is archeived in the Library of Congress. She earned her EMBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University. Bachelor of Science was gained at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. In 2021 she, overcame a breast cancer diagnosis and became a cancer survivor. Currently, Dr Shelby Decker is living in Pompano Beach in the Fort Lauderdale area. She is a caregiver to her parents and has a daughter studying nursing.Her Dad and brother are veterans.
