Over the course of my life, alongside running LifeClubs, my wellbeing company, I have written over 15 books. But this is the first time I’ve ever been lucky enough to be writing a book with two of my oldest friends…

Picture This, releasing on October 13th, is a problem solving book that’s all about you and your story.

And because I’m always fascinated by other people's stories, I thought it might be of interest for you to hear how this book started…

One day my great friend, Annie Lionnet said she had just bought a new Tarot card pack and we decided to try it out.

Annie, having written two brilliant books on Tarot, started spreading out the cards on the table ready for my ‘reading’. I suggested that we shouldn’t read the Tarot instructions. I said “I’ll just look at the images and tell you how each image feels relevant to me right now and we can work with that.”

As always, we laughed loads and I had what we at LifeClubs call a ‘Lifebulb Moment’. I realised that placing images with some amazing coaching questions would make a brilliant metaphorical book - a sort of mix between Tarot and I Ching - able to help others with their issues at any moment in their life.

We were amazingly lucky that Mike, the co-author of my very first book, Spot Check: a guide to stain removal, said he’d be happy to create the amazing images. This is the cover of our new book showing one of Mike’s incredible drawings - each one as visually stimulating and striking as the image you see here.
