Melvilyn Scott is a proud wife of a loving and dedicated husband, three amazing adult children, two beautiful granddaughters, and one very special handsome great-grandson. Mrs. Scott’s children all attended public schools, and she was an assertive and intrusive parent to ensure her children could obtain the best education possible. Mrs. Scott has worked in the Human Services Field for over 30 years and is an educator with a passion for helping people.

Being led by God, Mrs. Scott started a consulting business named HISWAY Consulting Services, which is an acronym for Helping People Succeed Within a Year. Some plant, some water, however, God will definitely give the increase!
