Vicki Rich is a leadership, executive and career coach who inspires professionals to reach their next level through clear direction, personal growth, and consistent action. She believes that passion follows action and encourages building career focus around a deep understanding of strengths, values and areas of greatest contribution or potential.

She believes the best goals in life are not about self—but about making a greater difference or giving valuable service to the world. Happiness does not come merely from seeking happiness itself. Happiness comes from a result of living a life of virtue, contribution, love, and impact.

Her two guiding views in coaching are: 1.) each person is able (if willing) to create desired changes; and 2.) the process of change requires understanding, responsibility, and action. Her coaching model is summarized as: Size Up, Shore Up and Step Up. It’s a method she uses to help people simplify their situation, identify the resources they need to change their situation, and take actions toward what they want or how they can make a greater impact.

Vicki enjoys learning the patterns that connect disparate concepts and breaking down complex information into simple terms. Clients experience a greater sense of calmness and ability to cut through overwhelm more easily. Colleagues have also shared that she helped them capture their thoughts in a way that centered them and gave them greater focus.
