She is a Certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer. Her goal is to incorporate the principles with her skills as a clinical social worker to assist individuals, groups, and companies be more successful by feeling empowered through understanding the role of these principles in their lives.

As a licensed clinical social worker, Ellen has worked with families in a variety of settings for over 25 years. She specializes in the area of loss and grief, and adjustment issues. She has extensive experience as an educator and consultant in various topics, including social work ethics. Furthermore, she has over 19 years of experience as a mediator. She utilizes all this experience, and that of being a parent, to assist families, couples, and individuals resolve their conflicts in a manner that promotes greater communication and increased understanding of self and others. She strives to achieve a win-win for all involved in marital conflicts, parenting challenges, and caretakers' particular challenges when caring for an ailing family member.
