Tim Shercliff

Tim Shercliff is an experienced and energetic business executive and Board level advisor with a strong track record in delivering outstanding results in the technology sector, through an unusual combination of experience in P&L management of large business units; strategy development and execution in global businesses and complex program management.

Tim spent more than 40 years in the technology and professional services sectors, the first 22 years of which were at IBM Corporation, where he held senior sales, marketing, strategy and general management roles, becoming an IBM Corporate Executive in 2000.

Since leaving IBM in 2005, Tim has worked with over 20 technology and professional services companies, often as a member of or advisor to the executive leadership team.

Since 2005, Tim has owned and managed consultancy businesses, more recently co-founding Inflexion Group, where he is Managing Director.

He was a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Business School between 2009 and 2012 and a Non-Executive Director at a Hospital Health Trust in England between 2019 and 2021.

Tim is based in Kent in the south of England.
