Bryce Wilson is a mental performance coach for athletes. He became an author after recognizing that many athletes struggled with the same mental aspects that severely hindered their performance but didn’t have a resource to help them develop a healthy mindset. Since he couldn't find a comprehensive and practical resource regarding mental health for athletes, he created his own and wrote a groundbreaking book about how to develop the mindset of the best athletes and coaches in the world.
As an athlete, he's played soccer at the high school, club, and college level. As a coach, he has coached youth soccer with FC Dallas and built an online social media presence of over 100,000 followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
