Girvin Liggans, PhD is a strategist, writer, and expert in persuasion, influence, and decision-making. As a lecturer in the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, he teaches management, leadership, and technical communication, equipping professionals with the skills to clarify their ideas, communicate persuasively, and drive action.
