Mareike Mutzberg is a communication scientist, cognitive psychologist, and founder of YERONIMO GmbH—a boutique strategy and culture studio that helps founders and teams turn scattered ideas into sharp language, simple systems, and meaningful results. For more than a decade, she has worked with startups and scale-ups at the intersection of leadership, identity, and operating rhythms.

As the creator of the Kaleidoscope Mind™ framework, she helps multi-passionate people understand the patterns behind their curiosity and use their range on purpose. Her work blends warm storytelling with accessible behavioral science and evidence-based operating design, making complex ideas feel grounded and deeply relatable. She is also co-author of *Culture Up*, a practical handbook for building high-performing team culture.
