Barbara Hopkins PhD

Barbara Hopkins is a lifelong educator with a focus on student needs, professional learning and community building. She taught reading and English, was a school administrator and a director of School/Community Partnerships that focused on enhancing public education. Dr. Hopkins enhanced the classroom, schools and community through resource development (grants, major gifts, developing foundations, managing volunteer and community/business partnerships). System building is a passion as she continues to strive to make the world a better place. Flower gardening and photography are additional passions
