Revathi Sivasankar

Revathi Sivasankar is a special needs educator for children with difficulty in mathematics. She is passionately involved with making mathematics a well loved subject for all children. She has authored three books starting with "Math - e - Magic" opening doors to numbers. She followed it with "How to become a Math Wizard". In this book she has used a multi-sensory approach to learn the various operations.The third book " Paper folding and Fractions"uses the learning by doing approach. All the operations in fractions are done with paper folding first before working it out. The present book is an attempt to teach through story time. Animals specially the endangered ones as main characters teaching one another and forming a bond is the basic theme. Revathi is using different genera to know what clicks to make children love numbers.
