Christopher L. Heffner

Dr. Heffner is a licensed psychologist and professor in the Clinical PsyD Program at Antioch University Seattle (AUS). He teaches Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Clinical Supervision. He runs the Positive Psychology Lab at AUS and is the founder and a blogger at AllPsych.com.
