Peter Sawkins

Peter Sawkins, an Accounting and Finance student at the University of Edinburgh, became the youngest ever winner of the Great British Bake Off in 2020. A passionate baker since childhood, he credits the show as one of the reasons he embarked on his culinary journey.

Since the show, Peter has continued his studies in the city where he grew up and has also written his first baking book. "Peter Bakes" shares everything about how and what Peter loves to bake at home, including sweet treats for all occasions and gluten-free amendments for every recipe.
