I am a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths career coach, organizational consultant and university instructor developing careers and workplace culture with the science and soul of ClliftonStrengths technology. By leveraging the right strengths at the right time, you will pour “rocket fuel” to deliver measurable results and experience profound breakthroughs. You will manage weaknesses, so they do not interfere with organizational strategies. One training seminar results in practical and self-explanatory process of excellence without my continued involvement.
As a Gallup-certified consultant, I approach workplace dynamics from a Strengths perspective, focusing on what people do well instead of fixating on their weaknesses. Strengths-based organizations are more productive, more profitable, have lower turnover and employees report much higher engagement - and a better quality of life.
My deep passion to become a CliftonStrengths trainer evolved from my first career as a school psychologist. As a school psychologist, I routinely saw “gifted, disabled, and average” students disengage. Concerned about their transition to college and career development, I furthered my education in Career Education and Counseling. Common feedback from students at Pepperdine University, where I currently teach: “This was a life saver. We wish we had this in high school.” I have been awarded the 2016/2017 National Woman of the Year Award with the National Association of Professional Women because of my commitment to my profession.
If you struggle with imposter syndrome by overthinking, perfectionism, and people pleasing, CliftonStrengths will provide you with customized insights and actionable tools to deliver near-perfect performance
You, too will, experience profound transformations by uncovering your natural talents with CliftonStrengths. Ultimately you will not only have more career fulfillment, you will also benefit your organization.
Gallup analysis reveals that people who use their strengths every day are three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life, six times more likely to be engaged at work, 8% more productive and 15% less likely to quit their jobs.
