Douglas N. Maynard

Douglas N. Maynard is a retired educator with a bachelor's degree in history from Central Washington University and a master's degree from Washington State University. He was born and raised in the Lewis River Valley where the story of the Hero of the Yacolt Burn originates. He is also the author of the book Three Summers, The Greatest Game.
