Kathy Sarafian is a triple certified PPC executive coach and CPQC mental fitness expert with over two decades of formal training and success with Fortune 500 organizations. As a former CEO and with over 16 years as a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), Kathy has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and cultures.

As a young leader, she made her mark quadrupling the AMO Canada business (now known as J&J Vision), winning $120MM in contracts and setting new industry records. She then became CEO of a new start up, Drive Medical Canada, where she turned around a bleeding business to above industry EBIDTA levels, integrating 6 acquisitions- including her top competitor, before the sale of Drive to a PE firm in 2017.
