Amy Feind Reeves is the Founder and CEO of Hire A Hiring Manager, a Boston-based consultancy (www.hireahiringmanager.com) where she leverages her experience of over 25 years as a senior executive and hiring manager to help new professionals find and keep jobs that make them happy. She is a regular speaker for undergraduate and new alumni groups in greater Boston and has been a featured speaker at City Year, Young Philanthropist conferences, and Canyon Ranch. Amy has also enjoyed successful careers as a commercial banker, global management consultant, entrepreneur, corporate executive and non-profit executive. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for people seeking to find their own paths to success in the professional world.

Amy graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. She is a past President of the Tuck Club of Dartmouth and a current member of the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy of Massachusetts. She lives in Boston with her family.
