Richard Moir

Richard studied Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Sheffield University before starting out as a commissioned officer for 10 years in the British Army, then transitioning into business change for the next 20 years. Richard started in programme management for a number of years before progressing into consultancy. He joined Vanguard Consulting, where he worked with John Seddon, author of Beyond Command and Control. Today he consults on Agile and Systems Thinking as a Head Transformational Coach. Richard is a family man and if the conditions are right, he enjoys surfing with his sons.
