Dana Moss McAllister

Dana Moss McAllister has spent nearly two decades working as a Child and Youth Worker and Communicative Disorders Assistant, focusing on supporting preschool children through direct therapy as part of multidisciplinary speech team.

In 2021, with the help of her best friend and business partner, Dana independently published her first literary masterpiece, the children’s book The Boy Who Lost His Fart and quickly published two more classics: The Mess and Revenge Fart. By creating vibrant, funny and quick reads, she aims to inspire shared moments between children and adults, fostering a lifelong love of books.

Dana resides in a bug infested swamp just outside of the village of Athens in Ontario, Canada with her handsome husband and five feral children. Though living in a constant state of exhaustion, she bravely battles lactose intolerance as well as an extreme allergy to cats. It goes without saying that she loves cheese, ice cream and kittens. Dana currently spends 80% of her time doing the laundry and divides the rest playing with her kids and writing nonsense."
