Ottilie Mulzet

Ottilie Mulzet has translated over fourteen volumes of poetry and prose from Hungarian, including works by Szilárd Borbély, László Kraszhónahorkai, Gábor Schein, György Dragomán, and many others. In 2019, she was awarded the National Book Award in Translated Literature for her translation of Baron's Wenckhaim's Homecoming, by László Krasznahorkai. Her work has also received grants from English PEN Translates and the PEN/Heim Translation Fund.
