Kristen Elizabeth

Now, a little about me. I was born in Staten Island, New York way back in what is now known as "the late 1900s". I moved when I was young due to my dad's job, and spent most of my life in Texas. I am a mom to four beautiful girls and a ginormous fur baby (she's 90 pounds and considers herself a lap-dog). I love spending time with family and friends, writing and reading, and watching anime.

I never saw myself pursuing writing as a career when I was little. I used to tell everyone I would be the first "cooking-dancing-crime scene technician": I would own my own restaurant, dance on Broadway in the evenings, and help out in the lab on weekends. Clearly, life had other things planned - none of those careers really took off. I was drawn to writing and reading throughout my school years, as English and Lit were my favorite core subjects (along with dance class). My love for reading only grew as I found authors who spoke to me - and then the flame was lit. What if I wrote a book? BAM - here we are today!
