Author and America’s College Coach™, Linda Presto, earned a Silver Award in the Humor

category from the Nonfiction Authors Association for her debut book, “Where’s My Wine

Glass?! Getting Your Kid to College Without Losing Your Mind,” a humorous romp for parents

through the stages, steps, and sensory overload of visiting universities, filling out forms, and

gaining that elusive acceptance from college. Presto is a tour guide for parents filled with not

only valuable information, but also equally valuable stories and anecdotes of other families,

including her own children’s treks to and through college, journaling the mistakes, missteps, and

the utterly magical moments, too. “Where’s My Wine Glass?!” earned an Honorable Mention ​

from the Erma Bombeck/Anna Lefler Humorist in Residence contest and Linda was featured as

Humorist of the Month June 2023 by the Erma Bombeck Conference/University of Dayton.
