I am an author, researcher, and the founder of SelfWise. I built this platform to give women over 40 everything they need in one place: the blueprint to decode their body, the tools to steady their emotions, and the practices to reclaim their energy. It is the knowledge of how these three pillars are inextricably linked, and the practical daily systems to work on all three at once, because that is the only way real transformation happens.

My work grew from a decade of deep research and formal study into what actually happens to women in midlife. I began this work because my own body had become a puzzle I could not solve, and the conventional advice I was given only offered ways to cope, not ways to heal. I studied functional nutrition, hormonal endocrinology, emotional intelligence frameworks, and the evidence base for energy medicine and chakra science. I did this not to write about them, but to forge a real path out of the dark. To build something that gives women not just the understanding they were never offered, but the daily systems to actually feel the difference.

The research became books. The books became a platform and a coaching mission. Every woman who read the books came back with the same question: I finally understand. Now how do I actually live this?

My work has reached women across different countries and cultures. Different lives, the same body, the same confusion, the same transformation when someone finally explains it clearly and hands them the solution.

I am 47. Author, Researcher, and Founder of SelfWise. I bring both the rigour of a decade of research and the quiet scars of lived experience to everything I create. My conviction is simple: you have not been failing. You have been fighting a shifting tide without a compass. That changes here.
