I live in Spring, Texas, where I earned a degree in business management from Lone Star College and appeared in several stage productions. During that time, I copublished an issue of the school publication, Poetry Art. My lifelong love of astronomy and writing inspired me to write science fiction. I'll be the first to tell you I desperately needed a different editor for my first book, The Assignment, but learned as much as I could afterward. My second book, The Colors of Poetry, contained the poem "The Tell-Off", a poem about racism that some lauded. My third and newest book, Masks, begins a science fiction series called The Time of Changes.
