Sandra Arauz

Sandra Arauz is a children’s author, artist, and early childhood educator, and the founder of C-Joy Daycare Inc. a graduate of The Art Institute of New York City, where she studied Fashion Design, Sandra brings together her love of art, creativity, storytelling, and education in her work for children.

Her years of caring for and teaching young children have inspired her to create books that celebrate imagination, individuality, learning, and the beauty of being wonderfully made. she is the author of The Girl Who Loves Her Dress, its Spanish edition La Niña Que Ama Su Vestido, and the creator of the growing Joy Collection.

Through her stories and educational activities, Sandra hopes to encourage children to learn, create, express themselves, and know that they are loved and valued.
